About Tiffany Jones

Tiffany Jones is the Project Manager for The Great Living Team, bringing care, expertise, and a service-first mindset to every transaction. A Virginia Beach native and retired U.S. Air Force veteran, Tiffany served 21 years on active duty, including deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. She provided executive-level support to senior leaders, developing expertise in project coordination, logistics, and solving complex challenges with poise and efficiency.

After retiring from the Air Force, Tiffany turned her passion for organization and service toward real estate. With a Master’s Degree in Project Management, she expertly manages multiple renovation and pre-market preparation projects, ensuring every property is market-ready and every transaction moves smoothly from contract to close.

Tiffany oversees every phase of the project lifecycle, from contractor coordination and repair scheduling to timeline management, budget oversight, and quality assurance. With structured systems and proactive communication, she keeps every detail on track so clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.
