Tiffany Jones is the Real Estate Project Manager for Thompson & Partners, bringing care, expertise, and a service-first mindset to every transaction. A Virginia Beach native and retired U.S. Air Force veteran, Tiffany served 21 years on active duty, including deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. She provided executive-level support to senior leaders, developing expertise in project coordination, logistics, and solving complex challenges with poise and efficiency.

After retiring from the Air Force, Tiffany turned her passion for organization and service toward real estate. With a Master’s Degree in Project Management, she expertly manages multiple renovation and pre-market preparation projects, ensuring every property is market-ready and every transaction moves smoothly from contract to close.

Tiffany oversees every phase of the project lifecycle, from contractor coordination and repair scheduling to timeline management, budget oversight, and quality assurance. With structured systems and proactive communication, she keeps every detail on track so clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.

Above all, Tiffany knows that navigating a real estate transaction can feel overwhelming. She handles the behind-the-scenes work so clients can focus on what matters most, knowing they have personalized support and a stress-free experience every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Tiffany is a proud mother of two and loves to cook and party plan.  She is a certified home chef from the Culinary Institute of America, reflecting her love for creativity, discipline, and bringing people together.
