Tania has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2016, with hands-on experience representing buyers and sellers throughout Hampton Roads, including several years as a transaction coordinator working alongside a top-producing agent. Real estate has always been a family affair for Tania—her family has invested in and flipped properties for years and also owns a construction and framing business, which she has assisted with off and on throughout her career. That background gives her a practical, on-the-ground understanding of homes and the building process that few transaction coordinators bring to the table. Before real estate, Tania built a strong foundation in accounting and office management, with years of experience in reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting. She brings that same precision, organization, and follow-through to every file she manages, ensuring contracts move smoothly from contract to closing. Originally from Massachusetts, Tania moved to Virginia Beach in 2014 and has loved embracing beach life ever since. She is fluent in Portuguese and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston. Outside of work, Tania is the proud mom of two adult children. She's currently training toward her goal of finishing a marathon, and loves gardening, cooking, hosting family dinners, and traveling.
