About Juliane Faulk

Juliane is one of the newest agents on the team, bringing fresh energy, genuine care, and a deep love for the Hampton Roads community. Though newer to real estate, she comes with years of life experience that translate beautifully into guiding clients — from navigating military moves to transforming houses into true homes.

 

Born and raised in King George, VA, Juliane has lived from the East Coast to the West Coast as a military spouse and even spent three years in Rota, Spain. During her time overseas, she traveled throughout Europe —and fell in love with European culture, architecture, and design. She’s even tried exotic seafood, including shark!

 

With every move, Juliane mastered the art of turning blank, empty spaces into warm, inviting havens, sparking her passion for design, staging, and helping clients see a home’s potential. Juliane believes a home is fundamentally more than a structure; it is a profound reflection of the individual within, embodying their history, tastes, and aspirations.

 

Recognizing this deep connection, Juliane’s mission is to ensure every client experiences that same essential feeling of sanctuary and personal resonance in the homes she finds for them. Her creativity and firsthand understanding of relocations make her a patient, resourceful, and truly empathetic advisor.

 

Now rooted in Hampton Roads, Juliane enjoys all things outdoors, from beach days to long weekend camping trips. You can find her cozied up in the evenings with a good book. She and her husband share three children and two fur babies. She’s proudly addicted to iced coffee, Sephora, and being a “girls’ girl.” With her warmth, eye for design, and lived experience creating home wherever life takes her, Juliane is dedicated to helping clients find their perfect place in Coastal Virginia.
