Haley Phillips is the creative force behind Thompson and Partners and The Agency Coastal Virginia, serving as Marketing Accounts Manager. With a strong background in real estate marketing and a degree in Hospitality Management with a Business Minor from James Madison University, Haley combines strategy, design, and innovation to help agents grow their businesses and maximize their reach.

 

Haley is passionate about giving agents the tools they need to succeed in today’s fast-paced real estate market. From social media reels, posts, and content creation to Google optimization, YouTube strategy, and review generation, she ensures every property and every agent gets the attention it deserves. She also manages in-house print design projects, creating everything from brochures and listing presentations to postcards and door hangers—all tailored to fit The Agency’s boutique brand and cutting-edge style.

 

Originally from Northern Virginia, Haley now calls Virginia Beach home. Engaged to her fiancé and a proud cat mom, she loves spending time with friends and family, soaking up summers at the beach, and decorating her home for every season.
